Close the gap between the physical count and the asset register

A register of 1,500 sample capital assets across 20 fictional buildings and 15 departments. Audit a building, resolve what the scan found and export the reconciled register, with no spreadsheet round trip.

Interactive preview

Try it: what does one building sweep leave behind?

Pick a building and see the outcome of its simulated audit.

87%of expected found
  • Present58
  • Moved3
  • Unexpected5
  • Missing9

67 items were expected in Harbour Science Block. After the sweep, 17 exceptions need a decision by a person.

Run a full audit

One audit, four steps

  1. Step 1

    Snapshot

Freeze the register for one building so the count has a fixed baseline.

  2. Step 2

    Scan

Tag scans mark each item present, moved or unexpected. Reads here are simulated events.

  3. Step 3

    Complete

Anything expected but not scanned becomes a missing item for follow-up.

  4. Step 4

    Resolve

Update, add, locate or escalate each exception; every change is logged.

What you can try

Building audits

Take a snapshot, watch simulated scan events arrive, complete the audit and clear the exceptions.

Departments, custody and export

See unaccounted-for items by department, check borrowed equipment out and in, then download the reconciled register as CSV.

Asset detail and maintenance

Look up a tag to see custody, timeline, a planned maintenance schedule, costed work orders and book value.

What this demo is, and is not

Shown

  • Synthetic, seeded data; buildings and departments are generic
  • QR and barcode sample tags
  • Exceptions, department follow-up, custody and CSV export
  • An activity log of every change made in the session

Not shown, not claimed

  • RFID hardware: reads appear only as simulated scan events
  • Connections to any ERP, ledger or estate system
  • Real asset, person or financial data
  • Computed condition or risk ratings: these are stored values
